During more than 18 years of operation, Hengde has devoted itself tirelessly to designing, manufacturing, and selling alloy wheels for passenger vehicles worldwide. Keeping a firm eye on the market, we are constantly exploring new solutions and pursuing industry breakthroughs

Our products go through four major stages of processing: Casting, machining, heat treatment, and painting. During trial-production, our rigorous performance testing includes numerous areas, such as impact, fatigue bending, and radial fatigue testing, to ensure the highest quality standards for the three major performance areas. From testing qualifications, to mass industrial production and continuous sampling inspections, Hengde team members remain vigilant and dedicated throughout each step and milestone in the operational manufacture process, before any of our products are ever sold on the market.

We focusing on independent internal development of modified product versions and differentiations, our company has introduced literally thousands of styles and products covering an enormous variety of automobile makes and models. We have now grown and developed into a large auto parts enterprise, while earning the valued trust of our customers, with an annual production output exceeding one million units. Furthermore, our current plans for a 3rd phase of factory expansion construction, projects to be completed within the next five years, and figures to surpass a capacity of 1.2 million units annually.

A company's development relies on the quality of its personnel. Hengde has nearly 300 employees, over 90% of whom have at least 10 years of industry work experience. Internally we've established Hengde Quality, where we house an R&D Technical Center with over 20 team members, who are capable of designing and trial-producing up to 30 new products each month; A powerful testament to the pioneering and innovative attitudes driving our rapid and impressive development.

In 2013, we gained official recognition at the provincial level from the Development and Reform Commission of Hubei Province, who awarded us with the honorary title "Enterprise Technical Center. In 2015 we joined CAW (China Aluminum Wheel Quality Association) as an official member, and by 2018, we accomplished upgrading our certification to IATF 16949: 2016. Thus, our products have passed JWL and been approved by VIA in Japan, as well as TUV in Germany, and even SAE standards in the US.
