Our products go through four major stages of processing: Casting, machining, heat treatment, and painting. During trial-production, our rigorous performance testing includes numerous areas, such as impact, fatigue bending, and radial fatigue testing, to ensure the highest quality standards for the three major performance areas. From testing qualifications, to mass industrial production and continuous sampling inspections, Hengde team members remain vigilant and dedicated throughout each step and milestone in the operational manufacture process, before any of our products are ever sold on the market.
We focusing on independent internal development of modified product versions and differentiations, our company has introduced literally thousands of styles and products covering an enormous variety of automobile makes and models.
